KELLYS COTTAGE IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING:

• Ladies’ clothing, purses, belts, scarves, shoes, etc.
• Jewelry & Art
• Seasonal items
• Limited furniture and furnishings

WHAT SEASON DO I BRING IN?
JANUARY & FEBRUARY   – Spring
MARCH – AUGUST       – Summer
SEPTEMBER       – Summer and Fall
OCTOBER       – Fall
NOVEMBER & DECEMBER  – Winter & Holiday

CONSIGNMENT PROCEDURE

• Clothing must be in “like-new” condition.
• Clothing styles must be current, in demand, and have been purchased new within the past 2 years.
• Clothing must be laundered, pressed and carried in on hangers to reduce wrinkling.
• Items with cigarette smoke or other strong odors will NOT be accepted.
• Accessories and furniture must be in excellent condition, and any items requiring batteries must be brought in with batteries.
• New consignors must have a minimum of 5 acceptable items to open a new account.
• During peak hours and season, the maximum amount accepted from one consignor is 15 items per day.
• The consignor receives 40% of the selling price.
• Items are on sale for three calendar months with the remainder of the first month being the first calendar month.  After the second calendar month, the items are reduced to half price.  After the third calendar month, the items are donated to charity.  If you want your items back at the end of the three month contract period, you must indicate this at the time of bringing your items in for consignment.
• Please, do not take offense if I find it necessary to refuse some of your items.  I have very limited space and want to provide my customers (that’s you) with a fine selection of high-quality items.

CONSIGNMENT HOURS
I am accepting consignments during regular business hours.  IT IS PREFERABLE THAT YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO BRING YOUR ITEMS IN.
